I puree some oatmeal into a flour and use 1/4 oatmeal flour to 3/4 regular flour when I make mine. Never thought of using the liquid as well. Great 💡 idea

I make mash potato the day before and fridge over night. The next day I put a can of drained tuna in springwater in the bowl with the mash potatoes, one egg, some chives or dill and mix. Then make patties and roll around a bowl of breadcrumbs. I then fry them or air fry them.

I use pork rind crumbs for a lot. The almond flour would probably be better for this but I love the pork rinds for meatballs and all sorts of things.

I do mine with mash potatoes and PANKO and some seasoning, I forme them patties and put one hour in the freezer because it keep the forme so well. After , i put each patties in a mix of 1/2 cup corn starch and 1/2 cup flour and after In egg wash and again in the mix of flour and then a fry them golden brown ! And double fry of course 2-3 min. !!! So good !😚 I eat those with a sauce with onions , garlic and sour cream , a little mayonais , a zest of lemon with a little splash of lemon jus and with some fresh mint and coriander...WOW !🤗

I just made salmon cakes tonight and used crushed pork rinds instead of almond flour which worked really well. I wish that I would have seen this video first because I didn’t even think of putting parmesan cheese in it. Anyway, I’m loving the low carb recipes. They are helping me so much. Thank you Sara. 😘

I eat my salmon patties with ketchup and mayo mixed together.. I put mine on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper and put them on there. Into the oven 400° for 15 minutes. Turn them over and bake 10 minutes. Comes out good every time. Some things I put in mine are are mayo, crushed up saltines, egg, onion powder and garlic powder, Italian seasoning. . I don't drain the juice or remove the bones and skin.

My mother made them with bread crumbs, old bay season, eggs, chopped onion, and garlic. Fried them in olive oil, and came out great. I made them for my kids, the same way, as they do now for theirs.

I do tuna, onion, celery, S&P, anything I find to add flavor! I have never used any flour in my cakes, I usually use bread crumbs as a binder but I my do the parm to see how it holds up.

Looks yummy! I use old fashioned oats instead of flour in mine, and I just use a little pan spray instead of bacon grease (although I bet the bacon grease tastes AMAZING). I keep plain yellow mustard in my fridge specifically for tuna. Something about tuna and mustard is so good!
