It can use any thermoplastic pellets with an injection temperature of up to 490 deg.F TPE and EVA pellets work great & the final product has a soft and rubbery feel. You should have proper ventilation with this machine, but the recommended pellets do not emit harmful vapors.

Hi, thanks for replying. I am looking to create reproductions that are around 3 1/2-4" and smaller. I do not know how much the mold size would be. Do you make these yourself? I make little figures and then I would need create small impliments to go with them as in much smaller mold sizes. I want to make everything in my line inhouse, not CHINA. Just seeing if it can be done with cost and materials, etc.
