I am 76 years old and I am healthier and stronger now than I was when I was 50 years old. There are two main reasons for this. I have taken LDN for the past 10 years and I keep my vitamin D level high by taking between 10,000 and 20,000 iu of D3. I keep my D level between 100 and 150 ng/ml. I also take magnesium malate, K2, B complex, turmeric, alpha lipoic acid, a good multi-vitamin, and a good multi-mineral supplement. I am also on a keto diet for the past year. The LDN and high D3 levels cured all of my many previous health problems.

I have been using LDN since 2007 for my Crohn's disease. Haven't used any other Crohn's meds. Less sugar and more vegetables every day. My Crohn's was in a flare when I started LDN. Gradually I got better, some of the typical Crohn's symptoms improved immediately, and some needed a year. This is how LDN works, don't stop using it. Have patience, you will gradually feel much better.

My second is Accaia fiber 6 gra m s in 1 tblesp put it in cereal, smoothies or soups, etc. It really helped with gut issues. I am talking LDN which is helping deal with Sjorgren's and Hashimoto's.

Thx for the video. I have now weak orgasms and low libido after taking 3 weeks LDN. I quit immediately but symptoms persisted since over 1,5 months now. I did not take ANYTHING else, and never ever experienced such symptoms before. My testo levels are through the roof, there is no erectile dysfunction, it's just the sexual sensations that blunted. Climax is no real pleasure (20%) and sexual desire not really there. I suspect it came from the opiate receptor blocking mechanism of LDN, which also makes sense, as the drug is used to get people off other pleasures like alcohol and shopping addiction. I was wondering what I can do to counteract these effects? Taking opiates to stimulate from the opposite side? Really concerned these symptoms stay persistent, like some sort of PSSD. Btw. another reason why I can clearly attribute these side effects to LDN, is that I am no longer tired after climax (0%), like I can come twice in 30min no problem, which seems fun, but not if you're not enjoying the act. It is known that LDN messes with prolactin, so just another piece of evidence, just don't wanna hear from anyone: it must be from other things. (I am 34 years young)

@@AlexSelf-HelpYou took high dose that's probably why! This drug causes side effects if you take high dose at the start! You should have started at very low dose and slowly build up to dose that helps you. It probably will fade away . Finesteride for hair loss gave me such such effects and it took months to get better. Ginkgo Biloba and L arginine at 1000mg may help . NAC will probably detox your body from along with Chlorella. Update us ✌️

Cranberry is a rich source of polyphenols including flavan-3-ols, anthocyanins, and flavonols. It contains more polyphenols per serving (373 mg polyphenols as catechin equivalents/50 g) [7] compared to other commonly consumed fruits such as apples, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, and strawberries. and pomegranate , green tea , real choc, fish oils

Alan Cosens -- please direct me where I may find more information online from Paleomedicine. I have been on LDN only 3 months and can see some help, so hopeful for more as mentioned it appears to build up positive impact to a plateau, this for fibromyalgia, chronic myofascial pain and IBD. New studies (2020) out of UK and I believe Belgium (planned concurrently) reveal antibodies of people with autoimmune illnesses are very different and is a pathway for further pharmacology not yet utilized.

@@patsycloninger2216 LDN is a life changer. I use the liquid preservative free (corn free) version before bedtime. If you use a large amount you will have the worst nightmares. Start low & slow. Some people get results quickly, while others it might take longer. A woman in England (dx with MS) got ms reversed after 18 months. Eventually you will get to a point that you should then slowly titrate down. I no longer need 4.5mg & use 1.25mg.

I have a follow-up w/ prescribing M.D. in September. A Physiatrist saw recently feels should titrate up to 4.5 and see what benefits are evidenced. @@lillyallen6559 Hi how were you were diagnosed for Lyme..I did regular Lyme tests quite a few years ago with both functional MDs and regular MDs the functional doctor even ran a panel that was much more extensive for lyme cause he said he can be hard to diagnose it all came up negative. I was diagnosed in my mid 30s 20 years ago IC sort of gets better with time And of course sticking to the diet. I remember a leader of an AOLIC group yes it was that long ago lol saying that the bladder starts to heal it just can take years and she’s right I didn’t think she would be to tell you the truth. But I was real good with sticking to the diet now I can cheat quite a bit on the IC diet I still have to get up to pee at night and I pee more than the usual person but nowhere near like I used to when I started I was up every 15 minutes if not more during the day it was horrible. I stopped researching things because the less I researched the better I got, you know what you focus on grows bigger, but it’s time to get back into the game snd see what’s new. Like many with IC I developed fibromyalgia which became worse than the IC, another thing that many people told me that I didn’t think would happen to me. If I were you I wouldn’t trust one diagnosis for Lyme disease I would go to a functional medicine doctor if you haven’t yet and have him test you. Many people are diagnosed with lupus incorrectly, it’s not easy to diagnose. No harm in trying LDN

also.. study shows more fiber consumes the longer you live. lets use our brains here....this basically is saying, the less processed food you consume, the longer you live. ALSO, if you are going to consume way too many carbohydrates... the more fibre within this food, the smaller you glucose level will spike, leading to less health problems from the carbohydrates. Another way to increase life expectancy would be to lower your carbohydrate intake... along with the unnecessary fiber... and you would see the same benefits.

Poly-Pharmic it’s taking too many drugs that are creating a problem. Always look at the drugs you are taking to make sure they are not the cause of a problem first. Also, look at the drugs you are taking to make sure you are not taking anything that has other drug interactions or causing specific symptoms. Many doctors do no look at other doctors prescriptions.. so, you have to be vigilant, and be your own advocate. If in doubt ask a pharmacist they know more about drug interactions than most doctors.
