how do you think the ax100 vs ax700 vs G60 will go in terms of low light?

Hello, Cody. I would have to believe they would both respond similarly to the G60 as they all three have 1" sensors. I do not own either the AX100 or AX700, so I am not completely sure how close to the G60 they truly are in regards to low light performance. Sony does make excellent quality camcorders as I have expressed in prior videos when commenting on my Sony FDR-AX53. I think anyone that is interested in these cameras might be interested in renting one (or multiply) of these for a week at lensrentals.com. They have many high end and prosumer-level cameras and accessories that can be rented for a week to try before you buy. The AX100 is $109 for a weekly rental. They offer purchase of your rental with the option to have the cost of the rental applied to the purchase. Pretty good deal if you want to try out gear without making a huge purchase. This is also a good company if you are a professional that needs additional gear for a paying gig and want to have extra lenses or equipment upgrades for client work.

Ax53 vs G50 auto mode? which one is better to get?
@BrianBuckalew3 жыл бұрын
I would go with the G50 because you get manual mode on the camera - so having the versatility of auto & manual mode on it makes it a more valuable purchase. Plus, as you can see in this video, it does slightly better in low light performance.
