I am 22 weeks pregnant placenta is posterior extends to the lower pole covering the internal os and extends upto the anterior wall

Hi doctor, Can a fundal extending anterior and posterior placenta(also mentioned as not low lying) at 20 weeks anomaly scan become marginal placenta previa at 24 weeks ? Anomaly scan is performed by sonographer and 24 weeks scan was performed by my ob-gyn.

Take maximum rest . If there is fresh red spotting or bleeding , see your doc on priority. It can migrate till 20 weeks . Don’t worry

12 week scan mein placenta posterior just reaching internal os thi aur abhi 19bweek anomaly scan mein placenta posterior 3 cm away from internal os aaya hai toh kya abhi safe hai??
