Getting very low on oil, I can hear air being sucked into the power unit impeller. Is the elevator cab starting to shutter at the upper floors?

Yes at the top floor the other video posted the same day of this one is the elevator itself

@@QEElevators I just watched the 1st video, that elevator is in terrible condition, with the vibration going up to the 11th level. I think your right about a possible crack in the jack/piston with all that oscillating. I heard the same noise from the power unit, bet it's damaged from lack of oil. I'm surprised it's not been "red tagged" taken out of service. It's not safe in this condition

You can feel and hear it shaking and struggling inside the elevator, not just the machine room and I believe they are aware of the issue but they don't fix it.

I do notice that. I wonder why. It might be because it has a soft starter, but I never have heard an elevator (or at least noticed) on without relays

​@@QEElevatorsthey're solid state relays. Solenoid valves may even be directly powered from the power supply circuit board. There are relays. They're just solid state. Solid state relays can be built into the circuit board and they are circuit board semiconductor relays meaning that they're not going to have any loud clicks or any noises at all. This is a 211 controller or a HydroAccel controller. And that especially goes for the Otis Hydrofit model.
