There is absolutely no way that those settings are actually useable. Im pretty sure the quality is so low it makes some moves that are normally reactable, just completely undistinguishable.

honestly speaking the key posing and distinct silhouettes every move of every character draws makes it VERY visible what everything is once you get used to it, hell i beat my friends with my glasses off once and i could still see everything just fine HAHAHAH i adapted to the issues of visibility that may seem impossible to overcome at a glance because i was molded in this quality i've ALWAYS had to play like this ok the one exception is elphelt but i don't think anyone can block that woman on any graphics settings LOL
