What i've noticed is posts and stories are for your current follower base, which get hardly any likes or engagement and then reels are for getting reach and bringing in new followers. I get average 1500-2000 views per reel and only like 20 likes or 500 views on a post

It worked for me one got 9 million and the same video got 2 million. I regularly get around 100K per video. One got half a million likes. I am nothing special infact struggled for months to get 1000 followers

This is bullshit. I create similar content all the time. One reel got pushed to 500k views, other's don't. Literally i just did similar thing that other person in my niche did with 100m views, i've got just 7k views.

It does help a lot, but you need to make sure it’s the right categories Making animal costumes I tried out the dog category before and it performed low

No way should our stats be on show to everyone. It's a huge privacy issue but on top of that, if the algorithm randomly changes, as it does, and our stats dip that could potentially discourage partners, others from following etc through no fault of the creator. It's yet another stumbling block in the path to reaching an audience.

Mine. Everytime I follow somebody the notification won't notify it always do that before. I don't know why and also when I post something I can't reach high view I only received 3,8, 13, 15, mostly very low. I don't know why was that.

I have no idea what changes were made - but I have noticed my last few posts don't seem to get ANY engagement anymore. Not even ONE single like. My posts also insofar as I can see are not appearing with any of the hashtags I'm using whereas they were before. There doesn't seem to be a way I can see the most recent posts of a hashtag like before. Today I decided to f*ck Instagram off and dump the platform. There's no point in posting if you're not reaching anyone. What change they made........its awful!
