Finally got to The Myth of Self-Esteem yesterday! Already a pretty different read from How to Stubbornly Refuse… One thing that’s totally not related, but caught my attention, is how much Albert Ellis doesn’t like Ayn Rand. He compares her actions to Hilter and Stalin, which as far as I know, has not done such a thing. Why does Dr. Ellis dislike Ayn Rand so much? I would’ve thought at the very least, Ellis took some principles out of objectivism.

You what Tom I thought the same thing. I have listened to a few videos recapping Ayn's philosophy, but I think it's always important to remember even Ellis, or other tremendous philosophers, have blind spots!
