I still love how Dale hates the assist system in this game because he never makes any use of it outside of occasionally using Motaro for joint projectile spam. Like when he fought that Li Mei and it turned into a zoning war, that was a perfect time to use Motaro to reflect her projectiles. That way she would be forced to approach or deal with the shurikens. But actually making full use of your assist is too hard for Dale. TL;DR Him hating assists is like him hating the Drive gauge in SF6 if he only spammed Drive Impact.
