This circuit will cause self-discharging of the first & second batteries (on the negative end - left side). Because the first two batteries positive is supplying back the first and second TP4056 modules itself through the diodes .

I think the work is good..the role of diodes us to let not the current gets back to the previous bms. In the 15 v input the 3 bms share to be 4 v each for. The charging automatically stops when it's full. You can apply it with the phone battery bms

Hi Bro, its too simple but not efficient, you know why???? Lets suppose if you charge 3 modules with 15v once any battery completes charge it stops charging and same module will transfer volts to other 2 moduels, it means not 2 module getting total 15v... 7.5v + 7.5v, I hope this module will not burn untill 3 batteries gets full, kindly share if you already this situation... awaiting yours...
