That was so much fun!! It definitely was heart pumping. I loved the last round where you mixed up the low impact with the higher HIIT.

I was out all day and didn't get this one done until after 9:30pm. I sure didn't feel like doing a workout but boys, was this one fun! I loved every minute. Definitely another top fave for me! 😍

Wowee. This was a challenging workout. I'm guilty of skipping cardio days because I'm not the biggest fan of cardio (except the kickboxing), but I challenged myself to show up for this one and I made it. Sweating tons and definitely feeling like my heart really got put through its paces. Feeling successful.

I liked the format, with the bonus circuit at the end because we were already familiar with the moves. Loved it!

AWESOME format Amy! I agree with you about putting the bonus ones last because I don’t think I would have any gas left. This was fun and challenging. Loved all the moves. Kept my HR up and the sweat pouring. Thank you 😅

I had to take 2 weeks off for a back injury and picked up where I left off with Summer Fit. I had to modify a lot of this to ease back in to whole body movement but it was invigorating and challenging all the same. My heart rate says thank you, Amy!

AWESOME cardio workout, LOVE the combo of back to basics and HIIT rounds, heartrate got up big time and the workout was over before I knew it! Would love more cardio workouts like this! Thanks Amy!😅❤

Loved this workout! My glutes were sore from Day 15 and my triceps were sore from Day 16 and this helped work out some of that soreness. Thank you!

Definitely sweating after that one! I love all of your workouts. I did your pre and post natal workouts as well. My babies are 4 and 2 now. I am working through the Energize workouts now and then on to the Elevate! Thanks for what you do to make it so easy for us to be healthy at home!

Really fantastic. Thanks! I wouldn't change a thing, truly, but I'm curious what it'd be like to do all three versions of the move back to back to back before moving to the next. In other words, do the conditioning version, HITT version, and combo version of the single/double knees, for example. Then move on to the conditioning, HITT, and combo of the next move. Just curious if it'd be fun to have one long circuit. That said, I truly, truly loved this video. Thanks again!

Conspiracy theory here: You seem to always have a “loose/untied shoelace” at some of the most challenging parts. 🤔 Us barefoot exercisers don’t have any excuse. Great workout, going in my playlist.
