Amazing video, as always! If you have to choose 3 heavy lift exercises to combine in the same day to improve strength, which ones would they be?

Thank you so much! So it honestly just depends on a lot of factors, but if we're keeping it simple and just trying to build strength, I'd probably do a back squat, some type of RDL, and probably a single leg hack squat!

@@Yuvrazspondon2955 Honestly, for the calves, we just incorporate plyos/jumping, foot/ankle/lower limb strengthening, and we'll maybe hit different types of calf raises occasionally. Usually, it's just indirectly that they get worked for us with our athletes right now
