There are several frequencies our root chakra can resonate with. 396Hz is one of them and is based on the Solfeggio scale. This series is based on a 432Hz scale, with the frequency for the root chakra set at 256Hz. There is some info about this in the description of the video. As we all have different needs and react differently to music, frequencies and sounds, it is up to you to find out which scale suits you best. Try to listen carefully to your body, heart and spirit and pay attention to the signs they give you as you listen to the music. They will let you know.
