Good to fall asleep, helps to let go fear and stress and just relax very relaxing sounds nice meditation for the root chakra If you have strong roots you will survive. @MeditativeMind I really wish you could make this video with more than three hours, thirty three minutes. It's very nice to fall asleep to but very unnerving and jarring to wake up in the middle of the night (or day, for night shift workers) to some unrelated and incompatible video with sounds that frazzle the nerves. I thought there were videos like this some months ago that lasted 10 or 11 hours long and I really wish to see those again. I know you can get more views when people keep clicking on the shorter ones but if I can't listen to it to get a good night's rest, I'm forced to find something else like a "live" or a 12 or 24 hour video. I really like this one. Can you make this and some others that last long enough to get a good long rest to? Thank you. :)
