Good job, not crap..lol. Enjoying the update to the Masi. Haven't done anything to mine yet, just an oil change and check over the other day at 135000miles. Just been driving. Keep up the good work.

Thanks very much. I am enjoying using as my everyday at the moment. Having to park at the empty end of the car park to avoid stupid people and dents is also helping with my weight!

Thanks very much. Good luck with your stuff, my first approach to every job and most things in life now is a quick google search first It’s a bit like SatNav, even on routes you know well, it provides reassurance and sometimes you get a better route you had no idea existed.

Get spacers from formula dynamics

Yes, I would have if I was in the USA. I ended up going H&R as importing from the USA can be expensive - UK gov charges 20% tax on top! Would love to get the FD throttle module.

@@SailingSVPipedream I believe that Larini is the authorised dealer for formula dynamics in uk …… that way you don’t have to deal with Keir Starmer’s goons ;)

@@richardwilson57 Great I will keep that in mind. Would really like the throttle module, but will need to earn more pennies for that!

Good luck on the camber haha. Put H&R springs on mine as well with the spacers and rear camber is at -3. Alignment shop can’t get it to go any closer back to specs unfortunately

Yes, I have been looking at it and wondering if there is enough adjustment. In someways she looks a bit too low, so I may raise the adjustable spring seat heights another 5mm. That would mean I will have dropped the rear by 20mm and front by 5mm. Camber should be better then.
@TheFitCEO2 ай бұрын
@ Let me know if that works! Almost regretting lowering it now.
@SailingSVPipedream2 ай бұрын
@@TheFitCEO I reckon it will, it’s easy to adjust on the back, the problem is one of my front shocks has a jammed seat so I will have to take it off and hit with a mallet again to adjust it… I do like it lower, but not this low really, however the stiffer suspension is much better as she did have body roll round one particular roundabout I use every day.

@ Just taking exhausts off to modify them and noticed that all my rear camber bolts are already at max inward adjustment. I will go ask on forums as others must have had this issue. I think a cm up on the rear would make her look a bit better and get her back close in camber terms, so that is my back up plan. Otherwise I think some companies do camber adjustment bolts that could be used on the top arms - Volvo V50s have no camber adjustment, but had a lot of camber from factory and some people have bought these bolts to get them into spec.

@@SailingSVPipedreamYeah same issue as mine they are maxed and my camber won’t get any better than -3. Crazy there aren’t any camber kits available on the market. Let me know if you find a solution!

kwik-fit does wheel alignments with a hunter hawkeye. I did it in 2017 and costed about 120 gbp back then. It was well done.
