Coming from someone who loves their Bretton stuff, all the way to Changing Tune, I actually very much like their new album; It shows how far they've evolved as a band. Even Mike came forward and said that they wrote the previous albums with a distinctive sound so that people could go and listen to them if they wanted to listen to that sound. Lower have changed, get over it; Fantastic album guys!

Not everyone will agree with their sound but tbh, unless you're a musician yourself you won't understand that as the years go by your style and sound changes, self consciously. You can tell that this is still LTA, just that their sound has matured.
