The thing that caught my eye is that the tower is way too short to be placed where it is, if you're really using it for a wind genny. Rule of thumb is a minimum of 30' above any surrounding obstructions. I see a tall parking garage, a hill full of tall trees and more trees just to the left of the tower. Hoping this is just a practice pole.
