Lowlands

Singing the traditional song 'Lowlands' whilst droning the accordion quite badly at my studio haha. Love singing this song and the way I sing it is very inspired by Anne Briggs. One day i shall find a harmonium. Hope you enjoy!

Maybe find a portable harmonium. Easier to deal with than the big old chapel instruments. There are, of course, the Indian versions. Also, check out Radie Peat of Lankum.

I really liked your early stuff and subscribed. There are ways to create a smoother continuous drone bellows technique that you could have practiced for a few hours before creating this without embarrassment. Disjointed and unpleasant. Sorry!

Commenter has a point but it's the lack of voice mic. in the mix for me, where alto subtleties are slighty ost. When she delivers more power the balance is better.
