He should have won the trophy..Las Vegas car couldn't start or stay running..that's the rule..and lowrider magazine still gave the trophy to Joe ray and the Las Vegas car..Loco 64 started up and was cruising around the show that lowrider corruption for you..don't get me wrong Las Vegas is a bad ass lowrider and It is sick as fuck..but when these builders build with the rules of competition in mind then that's what judges should be honoring..
