hi, in your actual operation, how do you sell the item by piece and by case? mine is entering the entire number of pieces if 1 case is 48 pcs, i enter 48. i want to indicate supposed to be 1 case.

Use the back office feature of composite item, click on the item on the back office and on the bulk item say ABC 48*20g,, go on composite and make it on by clicking the toggle button it becomes green in color, 3 columns will come and click on search to search for the corresponding component with the single unit items ie ABC 20G, on quantity put 48 which will be in the bulk item and save. Note that from now the stock will deduct 48 on the single items when you sale 1 bulk
