Hey J Ko! Thanks for watching 😊 I tend to be quite active when I'm away but although I have a lot of travel videos, most of the time I'm back home in Birmingham, UK (especially since COVID!). So I try to go to the gym at least 4x a week and eat relatively well - could still do with some more vegetables though 😂

You went from Strumble Head in Pembrokeshire across the county into Carmarthenshire to Y-Polin????? Different county altogether!

Yes it was part of our itinerary that was set as we split the accommodation across two different (lovely) spots! We loved Y Polin though. Hope you enjoyed the video and thanks a mil for stopping by 🫶

It was so nice being able to see down to the water and watch the seals (and jellyfish!).
