That switching should be on all 2 in 1 drives. Amazing. Still blown away by the sub count for the quality of your channel. No one can articulate a pedal like Shawn!

First demo I’ve seen of this drive - sounds incredible! Shawn I don’t see how anyone could improve on the sounds you pulled out of this thing b/c they’re basically perfect whoa boy!!! Congrats on another stunning demo!

Shawn does a little EVH style thing! Love it always entertaining. Those power chords on the PRS at the intro sounded Awsome on that pedal.

I love that McCarty. It's got a lot of battle scars from touring.

Another great review, Shawn. That's a killer sounding O/D... all I know is between your reviews and amazing playing, my wallet takes a beating as my pedal collection is growing. Have a great day🤙🏻🎸

I always look forward to you doing demos of overdrive pedals Shawn. It's great to hear the gear but your 'classic rock with a twist' playing makes you the most interesting and inspiring guitarist on YT IMO. When are you going to release an album of these killer intro songs?

Thanks so much! One of these days I'll get around to doing a record.

Thanks a lot Shawn! Awesome pedal. It's great that designers are making pedals more "pedalboard friendly"... It would be great if they could also add switching control from the switcher, even if it was midi :D
@ShawnTubbs13 сағат бұрын
I always wonder about the cost of implementing external switching or midi to a build sheet. Thanks for watching!
@LawrencePetross13 сағат бұрын
@the only thing needed for an external switcher is to add a 1/8” jack and a small amount of wiring. I offer this as an add on service currently. I am hoping to add this as standard in the coming year or so as it seems more players want this. Cost is less of an issue than space but in the Deluxe sized pedals space isn’t an issue of course. Do you have any thoughts on the 1/8” switcher jack being on the bottom face next to the foot switches (opposite face from the in out jacks)?
@ShawnTubbs13 сағат бұрын
@@LawrencePetross Right on. I would place the 1/8" jack on the top side by the in-outs.
@LawrencePetross13 сағат бұрын
@@ShawnTubbs that’s where it seems most logical but in this case makes it most difficult (of course 😂). I appreciate your feedback sir!

I don’t like your demos…at all… You make everything sound freakishly awesome, making me think, “if I get that one, I’ll be fabulous”, - and for some reason, it never quite works out for me like that…(now, there’s something to think about long and hard, right?! Right?!! 😂) That said, I already have LPD’s Seventy3, and loving it. Thank you for always inspiring aspirations to better guitar craftsmanship! (Congrats, Lawrence!)
