OMGGGGGGGGGGGG hunni, you hit the nail on the head! I've been a LVN for 10 yrs! Just finished RN 6/19 n it is soooooo depressing trying to find a job! Tlking about pay, my last lvn i made $30 on my ft and $34.90 on an agency assignment. Girl im so thinking about working as a lvn just to get a decent paying job. Employers don't want to acknowledge my lvn experience. Its just been a month and about 2 weeks since really applying, it just wasn't sooo hard as a lvn. Its like starting allllllll over again. 🤦🏾‍♀️😔 but like you say i feel like after a good year I'll be able to dall a lil more shots. P.s. i did get an offer for agency which was what i wanted, but the drive was over an hr away. 🙄🙄🙄🤦🏾‍♀️😔 y'all pray for a SiS!

Love watching your videos. Im in my last prerequisite class right now (A&PII) to apply for nursing school. Im married with 4 kids and it hasnt been easy but I finished all my prerequisites in a year and im sitting at a 3.8 gpa. Im a little nervous to start my applications to nursing schools but your videos give the real life no sugarcoated answers that give me confidence that if you have to right mindset you can get it done!

This was a very informative video, watching her talk about the transition and really being disciplined I think I will stick to what I know and that bridging at an actual school. When she said it took some ppl 5 years to finish the bridge program on the first video, Im like maaaan gtf outta here, im not tryna be like that. But I can understand why tho. She even got me thinking to just stay at my hospital job once iam an RN, I do plan o working here as a LPN but at my job LPNs work in the clinics at the hospital and not on the floors which is ok.
