Join us as we Recap 2019 for LPO6!! It was an EPIC year for us as we started off in Texas and visited 8 states! We switched RVs from 5th wheel to Motorhome. Had our breakdowns and mistakes along with embracing the struggles and finding JOY in all things! We also met a lot of incredible people in 2019 who have become lifelong friends. 2019 was a year of Unity for us as a family. And 2020 will be a year of more Epic adventures and meeting new people!

We went through overheating while climbing in our class A. Once I had the radiators separated and cleaned no more problems, but it was definitely disconcerting. Funny thing, the other day I discovered the radiator had sucked up a bunch of leaves but even that didn’t make it overheat after the cleaning. Best wishes for 2020.

What a wonderful year. If you are ever in South Dakota, you really should go to Custer and stay in Custer Gulch RV park. Fall is best. Custer State Park has more wildlife than we ever saw in any other place. We would drive all over and you could not count to three without seeing herds or groups or whatever they are called for various animals. South of there at Wind cave we saw a field with more than a thousand elk coming out at dusk. Deer and turkey wander through Custer Gulch all the time. On the northern side of the park are the needles. Tunnels so narrow I had to fold in the truck mirrors. I love my Thousand Trails parks. October 2016 to October 2017 I was able to stay in TT parks and only spent $1000 on hookup campsites with $566 of that being my TT dues.
