LR308 Part10 ScopeLeveling

This is the final video of the LR308 (AR10) Budget Precision Rifle Build. Don't worry, You will see more videos to include sighting it in and accuracy testing.
In this video, I go through my process of setting the eye relief of the optics, then level them. I explain two different methods to level the reticle, the Plumb Bob and the Flashlight methods.
I use feeler gauges to ensure the ring tops are torqued down evenly on each side. Don't forget to use non-permanent thread locker on the scope ring screws and base screws to prevent the screw from walking out.
Make sure you follow manufacturer torque specs when tightening the scope rings and mount. Over tightening the screws can damage the screws, rings, and/or mount.
