Until 2 weeks ago I owned a small mobile home very near Orlando. Since 1990 we visited Florida every year staying as long as 6 months during our Canadian winters. We have done all the parks and loved it but age and illness have curtailed some activities BUT we shall continue to enjoy life by cruising as it is a great way to vacation as needs change. We always, loved the Florida down pours. Love your reminders of our past fun times.

New subscriber here! My grandmother and I stumbled across your channel when your Day 1 vlog appeared in our recommended. We watched it on the TV and we had huge smiles on our faces from beginning to end. You’re both an absolute delight to watch, so personable and pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed this video too! Bay Lake Tower looks great, need to stay there one day! Disney rain is better than normal rain lol Once you're prepared with your poncho it's grand and actually can be a bonus at times if it makes the parks less busy!

Have you ever eaten at Chef Mickey's? I like the breakfast there best. There is so much excitement in the morning. There is very little crying from the kiddos and it is just great. The food is not bad for breakfast. Another place I like to eat is the Crystal Palace. I enjoy all the meals there! I love the character interaction..so great! Love the sounds of the birds all over Disney...seems to be more in the Magic Kingdom (the sounds) than the other parks. I have been to the parks during a rain that the water was over my ankles on the sidewalks!!! Fun times!! This was great! Shows you can have a good time, even in the downpours at Disney!!!

We stayed on the 4th floor at BLT and it was plenty high. We saw the firework over MK every night. Pretty awesome. I hope you guys enjoyed your stay

Hi guys, love your vlogs. We too visit WDW as many times as we can. The other Disney’s are on our list but we can’t resist the draw of Florida. Did some recording at Christmas in WDW and was going to do some vlogs but haven’t got the hang of getting enough footage for a vlog. We were wondering if you could tell us a couple of things? We have quite a few virgin miles and wondered if you used your points to upgrade prior to arriving at the airport or at the airport? Also, we like to try at least 1 night at a hotel when we are there so where did you book the bay lake tower through? Any tips? Hope you don’t mind us asking. Best regards Tom & Paul

Hotel looks amazing! Just wondering if it's quicker to walk or get the monorail to MK. We have breakfast at The Wave booked for the last day of our trip.

When we stayed at the Contemporary we walked to MK a couple of mornings. It was a pleasant walk and not tiring at the beginning of the day when we had the energy. I think it took us about 10 minutes at a relaxed pace. Definitely quicker than the loop around because there was usually a short wait for the monorail to begin with (at Contemporary) and you also make stops at the Polynesian and Floridian along the way.
