Kyle Dan was playing a deck that revolves around a card called Time Vault. Essentially, it allows you to take an extra turn after you've already skipped a turn. Thing is, it tracks this by if it's tapped or not. If it's tapped, you - hypothetically - haven't skipped a turn yet, and if you _do_ skip your turn, it untaps, and when you take an extra turn, it taps again. That being said, there's _lots_ of cards that untap other cards, and if you can get one of those on the board alongside Time Vault, you can basically take extra turns forever and just _do whatever you want,_ and the other player can't do anything about it. Kyle Dan and Ben Wheeler had been going back and forth for an hours-long match, and the final game of the match was the longest and grindiest. But _right_ when it seemed like Ben had a chance, Kyle draws Time Vault off the top and plays it, able to demonstrate his infinite loop and, thus, winning the game. So it's less about the Time Vault itself and more about the _crazy leadup_ to it.

Assuming you're talking about the one at 13:21, that's from the finals of the yearly Highlander tournament that's run by a local game store. The past several turns of the game had been very tight with both players very close to winning and the outcome was still unclear. Then the player on the right randomly drew the exact card that his deck was built around (about a 1% chance) and was able to win immediately by taking infinite turns. It's like if the Superbowl/World Cup/whatever had been a close game and was coming down to the wire, then one team pulled out a surprising strategy that unexpectedly worked and they won.

The deck they play has a 100 cards in it and they can only play one copy of time vault. It can however be the core of the deck because there are cards that allow you to search your deck for a specific card. Those cards can however be interacted with and by doing so Ben is capable of preventing his opponent from finding a winning combination of cards. However it seems that in this instance Kyle was able to naturally draw the timevault at the beginning of his turn without any kind of effect that would allow him to manipulate the chances or find this specific card. Since there is only one Time Vault in the entire deck, this has a very low probability and he needs to do this before Ben can close out the game some other way. TL;DR; They had apparently been playing a game revolving around Kyle trying to find a combination of cards and Ben stopping him from doing so and Kyle got lucky and drawed it from the top of his deck without any chance manipulation. It's a very impropable victory.

Clearly his G-I tract needs to rid itself of these gasses; for Cam to restrain or stifle these belches would be unhealthy. Let him burp freely, I say! Also, he needs to stop feeling so ashamed of it; it's fine - I've heard people do worse, and it's not like he's *deliberately* letting one go - maybe for malicious intent of something like interrupting someone else talking. ...although, 'Normalizing the Belch' would mean we'd lose these glorious laughing fits that sometimes occur along with them.
