Thank you very much for the explanation. Fundamental questions I will ask : 1) It is LRS (Layout Regularisation Scheme) not Plot Regularisation Scheme, then why should the plot owners be penalised and are burdened with the payment as if they have formed the Layout without following the government norms? 2) Isn't the Layout developers supposed to follow the norms and pay to regularising them, if it is not as per norms? 3) Comparing the supposed road areas and open space areas with the actual road areas and open space areas, for any difference the layout developer should be fined. Then govt should tell them to regularise i.e., make changes as per the norms, instead of taking money and the actual layout will remain the same. Conclusion: Layout developer will not follow the norms, sell the plots, then the plot owner has to pay for LRS

What I feel is some more imp information is misaing. 1. Any layout plot approved by HMDA/HUDA equivalent governing body is not required to apply for LRS. Like DTCP, KUDA etc layouts are approved once. 2. Current lrs.telangana.lrs.in upfront asking only two documents that is front page of sale deed, layout copy while applying. At the time of processing they may request additional docs as you have mentioned, its upto them as this time number of applications will be huge. Hope these points helps

Hello Brother Good explanation but Please do not give wrong information. To apply LRS, only two documents are required. 1. Front page of title deed. 2. Venture layout copy. You need to provide your personal information Name and address Phone number Aadhar number Email ID etc
