Nice tractors! I have the MT357. I use it for logging and around my sawmill... I put it through some heavy use, and it is an awesome tractor. I had a Kioti DK40 for the previous 10 years, and it was great. Everything that broke on it was my fault. I have 50 hours on the LS, and I have yet to find a weakness.

Lots of issues with my LS tractor backhoe and mower deck. My review is LS tractors and equipment are JUNK! You name it it happened to my $28,000 investment.

Interesting since LS and New Holland are the same company.

Yes Sir, the 28,000$ problems of the "investment" must of be a "light-weight small rig" that maybe "Trys TOO HARD" to get ALL the chores done. I Have had ZERO PROBLEMS with the Three of my tractors( & ALL "finally paid off fer"& various manufacturers ). REASON NUMBER ONE.....l Thoroughly READ, READ,& READ & Understand the OPERATOR'S MANUALS for hours before l have EVER TURNED THE KEY on DAY ONE.... They were ALL DELIVERED and Parked for HOURS&HOURS & Studied; before ALL the "RAMMING-SPEED " occurred. A 5-10miniute salesmen "operating course" almost counts for NOTHING !!!!! Bet it's a "hydro-slack-o-matic " that EVERBODY takes LOTS of "joy-rides" ON ,& LESS Than 200 total hours & "break-in" procedures were Super-seeded by a LOT of "Overloaded,get-er-dun Proceedures" .... Right out of the Gate!!!! "EASY -ALWAYS Does IT", RIGHT; to make machinery Last & Opperate nearly Flawlessly.

I see you have a weight box on the back of your tractor. We are purchasing a MT225HE. Planning to trade in our John Deere along with the weight box. The dealership is filling our tires with a liquid( some type of oil vs calcium chloride). Should we/do we need to keep our weight box?

I would recommend it yeah. It will lift the back end up without it. And with dirt in the bucket you don't need to use 4x4 near as much.

How about lifting round bales. Looking at getting one of these. But my main concern is balance and power for round bale moving
