This Blazer arrived at International Dyno Authority, with a fresh LQ4 engine, a Truck Norris Cam, and long-tube headers. The customer had previously had an engine failure on another 6.0L (spun rod bearing) and wanted this fresh engine to last and run for the life of his Blazer. We tuned the fuel curve, Cam, MAF and built an ignition curve to give this truck the power and life it deserves. The biggest challenge was the HUGE heavy wheel and tire package that provides this Blazer with its iconic look and appearance.

How did a 6.0 with that cam only put down 267rwhp? I understand parasitic loss but that cam should be in the mid 300s

@@TMACWARDENmy uneducated guess would be the big tires and perhaps heavy wheels. Not enough air going in?
