LS swapped E30: snapped valve spring (cyl 4 exhaust valve) don't go cheap on valve springs lol

after adding a remote brake booster, two known working tunes no longer work as expected. the car idles blubbery rich (11-12:1), and misfires if run long enough.
fuel cell drained, foam removed, pressure verified, injectors don't seem to be stuck open either.

Could be, but I would expect the VE table to correct that if I brought it down drastically no? Target AFR is in the 13.5 area, and still ive seen it around 11-12.
