I'm usually not attracted to the paragraph format because the verse numbers are difficult to find. But, as soon as you showed the bolded verse numbers, you had my attention! :)

FYI: The Goatskin and Italian Cowhide editions are, "Printed and bound by Royal Jongbloed in the Netherlands", so different paper than this. (They will have: 28 GSM, French-milled paper.)

seems with the lower quality paper the pages tend to stick together and you have to separate them, with the better paper this doesn't happen right out the box.

Literally waiting for FedEx to delivery my black calfskin copy as I watch this. This is to complement my Compact Single Column Reference NKJV in genuine leather to have both text bases covered in portable formats. Size looks similar to the Lockman Large Print compacts as well.

Having received now and used for the last for days, I am thrilled with this edition! The calfskin is extremely supple and the paper is phenomenal. Feels like a premium in the hand. The font at 9.5 makes it incredibly readable and the red accents make it so esthetically pleasing by organizing the page. The Giant Print Reference scaled to this factor was a genius move! So portable and well constructed too, should go the distance. Haven't handled the faux leather version but can attest that the calfskin edition is lights out!!

Thank you for the review. This looks great. The paper looks nice, and the typesetting looks very good. I'm using the NASB 2020 now, but this looks better than the Lockman NASB 2020 Reference Bible.

The John Macarthur quote on the box is funny considering he is the reason the translation exists. Seems to be similar in size to the TBS Windsor right?

He's said that about every translation he wanted to sell. I don't even bother to mention him. It is similar to the Windsor. It's a little thicker.
