Novice here, can someone explain to me why OG is ahead of CO? Most of the extension CO has brought seemed intuitive to me and OG's case has been largely refuted by OO. Is it because the lack of framing on their part about why the psychological impacts and productivity is important regarding to this motion?

I wasn't a judge in this debate, but I'd say it boils down to the fact that CO's content was largely contingent on OO's mechanisms.
