+FirstThirtyMinutes technically in real life they don't completely block off the lane with roadblocks they will always leave a gap for the officers' safety and even the suspects' safety as well. So that roadblock was what you would see in real life.

GTR's are boss and are Bay in pd situations. They are dam fast, like in any game they can be modified but handling and braking is a major problem in this car because of it's speed even with mods
