Love your show, for the future an officer would normally be charged with homicide if a suspect died from the result of wounds you left after 3 rounds from your weapon was fired. It being a taser won’t work if it was real world situation.

You have to press the DUCK button (in your case L) after entering the vehicle to have them drive. The help box didn't notify you of this because you possibly held the button too long, which skipped past the help box. I'll have to add a delay in the next update.

While that may be true, SWAT procedure dictates that anyone present at a location during a raid must be detained even if they are not a known suspect. Boscorelli might be an accomplice or an unrelated party, but SWAT does not know that. All they know is that he was outside the front door with his hands up. Further questioning would determine if he should be released or arrested.
