Well let me sum it up for you.. we had the same issues in the off-season, but for some strange reason, everyone thought we could magically win a natty with this roster 😂 We were 4 or 5 years from a rebuild when he was hired, and we're still another year or two to go. BK was right - he failed to properly prepare our players and execute a game plan to beat Alabama. The direction of LSU's football program is declining to that of a spoiler (Ole Miss, SC), not a championship program. You cannot stop the opponent's offense with so many players completely out of position or over pursuing and not defending their lane. And our sporadic offense cannot consistently drive the ball down field either running or passing. Two field goals - good grief! It is clear to me that BK is not up to the challenges of the SEC.

Real talk TIGERNATION, Garrett Nussmeier is not as good as we thought he was, he’s an average QB at best, nothing special, I mean once in a while he does something special like the end of the Ole Piss game, that was special but that was it. Through the last six very critical quarters Nuss has been one of if not the worst QB in LSU history. Cry?? Last time I checked Notre Dame is ranked in the top 10 and in the college football playoffs! Notre Dame also won on the road by 10 points in a hostile environment at Texas A&M! I think LSU has a quarterback issue. I don't think Nussmier is the guy. I know he's a kid and that he would be a good quarterback for a non-SEC team, but I don't think he can lead LSU to the playoffs. Can't turn the ball over like that and get past good SEC teams. Just my opinion. I have to still believe Brian Kelly will put together a championship contender at LSU, but man does he have to coach better than the last 6 quarters.
