yep Florida beat themslves by being ties with almost no time left in the game, right? LSUgetting in Florida's backfield and causing Trask to fumble which set up a score and LSU making Trask throw a pick 6 had nothing to do with the outcome. Even if the shoe throw did not take place the game was TIED and LSU would have punted and you don't know what would have happened. As it was LSU hit a 57 yarder to win and Florida missed a 51 yarder to lose.

Next time a colleague asks me why I watch College Football, this will be my new reply. I watch College Football because... only in College Football can you have a team that is #6 and knocking at the door of the College Football Playoffs (the dream of every team) and gets a big stop on 3rd down, at the end of the 4th quarter, only to take a man's shoe and eject it into space for 15 yards and a fresh set of downs to the 3-5 opponent and have them bang in the field goal in the fog for the victory...
