@@cedrikdubois8502 the c8 should have been called the fiero and I’m not gonna tear apart a perfectly good c3. Also if I buy a corvette I could care less about the interior. Im gonna throw away all the extra bits that aren’t needed. I don’t need ac heat speakers 2 seats carpet or any other comfort features. I need one seat with analog gauges and a roll cage around me.

Love this car, dumb question but is this an actual 454 big block or an ls7 bored/stroked to 454?

I appreciate it!! Not a dumb question.. it is a “LSX” block which is based off of the later style LS architecture. Part of the GM Performance program. This engine started life as a “LSX-454R” crate engine but has gone through a few versions over the years. It is currently 457 cubic inches.

That would be correct, currently no radio. I am working on setting up something thin under the Pro Dash. Like a Bluetooth controller with a volume knob.

How high does it rev in terms of when it stops making power on the dyno?

Anything over 3500 rpm it never stops pulling. I have yet to get it on the dyno but its consistently burning 585-590 lb/hr of fuel at 7k rpm with a 79% ethanol content.

Okay. Is 7k it's redline, or does it go further. I know some strokers don't utilize so much rpms and usually the destroked motors do......
