Footage of Lieutenant Colonel Emeka Ojukwu, the Head of State of the secessionist state of Biafra, fielding questions from foreign correspondents at two press conferences in Enugu.
Ojukwu addressed the issue of the federal blockade of the seceded former Eastern Region of Nigeria.
The civil war formally commenced on July 6th, 1967 and lasted until Biafra's capitulation in January 1970.
He fled to exile in the Ivory Coast prior to the collapse of Biafra.
