I'm so glad I found your Channel I really feel like you give honest reviews not just trying to push someone's product and from what you showed of your knife that you made it looks like you are a good knife maker yourself I would buy that blade you showed

Awesome thanks for the positive comments. You are correct, I don't have a dog in the fight so to speak. Im not interested in selling companies knives. Just giving my opinion on how I like a kinfe or not

Wow your blade looks wicked , I love that high Saber grind ...Also you make thick handles which many makers totally screw up esp Tops. I started making my own from blanks cause I prefer making my own handles. I buy Brisa Enzo blanks and sheaths they are very lowcost yet quality made blades.

Hey thanks I appreciate that! Yes I make thick handles on all my bushcraft knives. Nothing worse than making feather sticks. And the web of your hand hurting because the front part of the handle is to thin.

Just curious - Do you still use the Jessmuk-C? I love mine. I had Northern Knives in Anchorage make me a kydex sheath for it, and I have to say it's a great tool.

I love the 5 inch range of knives. Mid size i guess. If I need smaller ill use my pocket knife. So I carry a council tool camp carver axe, a bahco or razor saw, and mostly lately Iv been carrying the the Tops Brakimo. I have nothing against smaller knives I just like more cutting edge than less. By the way your knife is beautiful and how much for one?

Thanks for the comment and for watching. My favorite size is around a 9 to 10" overall. My knives range from $250 to $350.00 with a handmade leather sheath. You can follow my work on Instagram at @sobforge
