That’s a good ear bro. The reason I changed it is because the bearing went bad in the old alternator and it was squeaking crazy loud! Had the Fleetwood sounding like a hooptie. Now we’re back to riding quietly with class, style and grace. 😂

You'd have to remove the entire dash to gain access of the ducting.

I just did a starter and an AC compressor in my 96 Fleetwood Brougham The compressor was tough. So recently my traction control light is on steady. Could this be a wheel speed sensor? Ive been sifting througb the repair manual but any advice would be great.

It definitely could. I haven’t had that issue on my Fleetwood, but I did on my Camaro. Once I replaced the sensor, the light went off.
