LT50 KFX 50 or quad master wont start fixed

Suzuki 50 is same as kfx50. 120psi compression, clean carb, exhaust is clear, wont start...crank seal popped out on magneto side. quick video to save you time diagnosing

Thank you for doing this video. It was the exact problem that I had. It started on the first pull after reassembly. Rotator cuff surgery next week to repair the damage from pulling it over a million times first. 🙄

I wonder if this is whats happening to mine, has a fresh plug, fresh gas, spark, clean carb i even tried rejetting it a few times and only once did i get it to run for about a min with the choke on but then it would die.

Mine had smoke coming out near the carb after pull start rebuild. Won’t start unless exhaust is removed and will only run on start spray. I have spark and compression and fresh rebuild carb. Any ideas?

Exhaust is plugged with carbon

I'm getting 30 psi compression at the plug hole. Think it could still be the crank seal??

No you have worn our rings or cylinder and pistons scored making low compression you need to rebuild top end. Check rod ends while rebuilding. Check for play on big or lower rod end so you don’t put a new top end on and then have a worn out crank but I’ve never seen a crank go bad on one yet…plenty of bad top ends

Is there a seal on the other side also?

Yes but same as transmission fluid side. It’ll suck trans fluid and burn the smoke if that side went out. Not typical for that side to have an issue
