गुरुजी अगर एक व्यक्ति दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट में employee है और उसकी पत्नी हरियाणा सरकार में employee है। उनके दो बच्चे है। दोनो का होमटाउन हरियाणा है। हरियाणा और दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट के अलग अलग LTC ब्लॉक year है। पत्नी को हरियाणा सरकार से LTC के रूप में हर 4 साल में एक महीने की सैलरी मिल कैश मिल जाती है। क्या पति दिल्ली सरकार में केवल अपना और बच्चो ( केवल 3 लोगो) का LTC या LTC home town ले सकता है? हां या नहीं? अगर नही ले सकता तो यह जरूर बताइए कि क्या वह पति बिना LTC claim किए Leave Encashment (6 बार 10 - 10 दिन in service) ले सकता है?

Sir, apne iss video me 3.50 min par kaha h ki during service 60 days ka encashment lene par bhi wo retirement ke time maximum limit se less nhi hoga. Iss hisab se 60 +300 = 360 days ka encashment milega through out service. Please clear this.

These are 2 different. Leave encashment while is service with LTC is Max 60 days + Leave encashment on retirement is Max 300days.

If an employee went on LTC in may 2022 and his increment is due on 01/07/2022, so will he claim the EL encashment on basis of june's salary or july's salary?

Sir block year mein LTC kitne baar apply kr skte hai? Aur kya hometown or any where in india dono pe LTC apply krne pr single block year mein dono ke paise mil skte hai? Aur last mein retairment pr 400 el hone pr isme se 60 el encashment wali deducted krne pr kya baki bachi 340 el mein se 300 el ke fully rupees milege without hpl ko add kiye hue?plz explain dear sir 🙏

In a LTC block year of 4 years, there are 2 sub blocks of 2 years each. In a sub block of 2 years, you can avail either Hometown LTC or Any place in India LTC.
