Thank you for your video! I am a bit confused. if RSRP lower than threshold1, MR is triggered. and then if RSRP is lower than threshold 2 and MR is triggered again? it was already triggered when A1 event occurred, why is it activated again? is the second one for MR of the neighbor cell?

MR will be triggered to stop monitoring for better cell.

A2 can happen but if A1 happens then A2 is de-configured
