I sent quite a few very tastefully worded messages to him, even used AI to translate to Japanese so that there wouldn't be any miscommunication. Just as sure as they have data being collected in the background, I'm very sure that IP addresses and Mac addresses are included in that. Even consumer level routers have that type of support so I'm very sure a powerful server should easily have that capability. I am an IT Major if you are wondering. It has taken some major restraint for me to not make serious problems for him using my IT abilities. He's just lucky I'm a decent person because I have his IP address and everything else about him.

And it's very simple to block them from accessing the DNS server. So absolutely their technology can do it, unless they're somehow using equipment from 3 decades ago. Which of course they're not. Whenever you try to connect to your ISP for instance, your equipment Mac address or IP address (usually Mac address) has to be given permission to connect to the server. This is a virtual handshake between your device and your ISPs DNS server. Well servers used to run consumer services like Amazon, PSN, Xbox Live whatever also require the same virtual handshakes, and those devices CAN be refused. This is why you have to agree to a ToS when you connect to basically any service or any fighting game running servers. The same reason you have to agree to a TOS whenever you hop on public Wi-Fi from a large provider like a hospital, hotel or large restaurant etc. You are agreeing to a contract with conditions on your conduct to allow your device to be given that affirmative handshake, and they can absolutely refuse to shake your hand. I'm just trying to use a easy to understand analogy. So yes he absolutely can be console banned.

I do not play Tekken, so here is my analysis of his gameplay without playing the game (I play other fighting games but no T8), correct me if I am wrong. He seems to not understand the concept of punishing correctly. His character Victor seems to be a really fast and diverse character, with a lot of options of launchers and combos. The dash-shoot thingy or the blue-dash TP backwards seems to be really good to juke and fake his movements, as for what I know Victor seems to be able to cancel his moves. But from what I see, he constatly does very unsafe attacks and gets countered by any mediocre player that understands the concept of fighting games, which is to attack, defend and retaliate. In perspective, the opponens keeps attacking him, but he, instead, doesn't wait for opportunity like a minus string or a unsafe move, he just keeps pressing long wind-up attacks that don't cover the distance or frames necessary to do a reversal. I do not understand why. Victor seems to be a very strong character, a lot of fake moves, dashes and 50/50, but he does not use these for his advantage. Instead, keeps mashing and pressing buttons every time he can thinking his opponent won't fight back or even think he is going to do them. Besides only doing one single combo every match, that combo which ends in a sword slash from above, this guy just does not do a very good job in well... playing.

No, Victor is sort of mid and is easily punishable with the backwards TP and expulsion (sword slash from above). The plus frame moves aren't as strong as other characters, either. However, Dale is bad. He doesn't adapt, doesn't block when he should and he doesn't use the optimal moves when he should you're right. This is especially bad when he plays Feng who is one of the strongest characters and Dale still plays poorly.
