Oh boy, the race-baiter talking heads will have a field day this week after seeing who got fired in the thumbnail.

What else can you say?? Two black coaches fired after 1 season? They weren't even given a chance. But Doug Pederson, how many years has he been at Jacksonville? How many winning seasons?? It's always about race when the damn league was built on racism. This is the meaning of systemic racism. It wasn't too long ago that Commanders/R word allowed black men to play. Lovie Smith still has more wins than any of the coaches Chicago replaced him. Brian Flores was on a 9 game winning streak, even after the owner wanted him to lose games. P.S. John F. Kennedy, Sr. threatened George Preston Marshall to kick them out of DC if he didn't start allowing black men to play for his team. It's the same reason Snyder was forced to change the name....

@@timothyscott9043 Yeah, I admit it doesn't look great, but when you look at the circumstances it makes a little more sense. AP in Oakland should have gotten a more of a chance, unless there is something we don't know about. I think it had more to do with princeling Davis feeling like he was strong-aremed into hiring. But man he didn't even get a chance to get his QB. Pederson is a great example for your point, as will be Rex Ryan if the Jets hire him again. I mean for real?

@@timothyscott9043 I don't want to go itno NE and Mayo. He was pretty much a dumb ass from the get go imo. One of those guys who should stick to being a really good DefCo or go to college to be a HC and learn the ropes.
