I disagree. This is the NFL full of grown men. The veteran's speak up and represent the team. Shady spoke for the team. Chip did not like ANYONE who spoke against his ego. That is why he is back coaching in college, and not a head coach. His dictatorial style of coaching is over especially with NLI.
