LTR 450 Ported Head Install Yoshimura Cams and Exhaust

Finally got the head back from Quadified. The workmanship has been amazing. It looks absolutely wonderful. Now lets get it installed!

Nice build bro!!! Lookin sharp for sure. Just built me a yfz450r 5mm stroker, 520cc big bore, ported by me, thing is all worked up. Billet welded crank and all. Have yet to run it b.c. I know the mapping is way lean and I have 4 month wait on thr closest dyno. What do u do for fuel maps on bigger bore, ported motors?

I will possibly run into the same thing. I have a PCV that I plan on downloading some software too. As for as a dyno, there are none local to me so I will have to figure that area out. I will be honest, I have not researched it much yet! But I will be soon!

So have a question I have the big bore 500 on mine and ARP head studs and got it all torqued up and started it and I have oil coming out of the head bolts on the right side of the engine have you encountered this ever ? Thanks in advanced

I have not. Are you sure that all of the seals, gaskets, and everything are intact? Torque down to spec?
