HI! First of all, congratulations for your passion. I'm doing the same job on my bike... a question, can titanium valves be cleaned of carbon residues without compromising the valve itself? I cleaned them with a dreamel with cotton plungers plus just abrasive (liquid). Can I calm down and hit the gas? thank you, see you soon

What about the cam bearing replacement? I'm about to do a top end on a 2017 with 265 hrs and I can't seem to find content on cam bearing replacement

have you figured that one out maybe? i cant find any info on it anywhere

@domenjeram9180 so ktm sells a special tool for that job, it's around 120 bucks and my local dealer doesn't even have it. I think installation would be easier than taking them out but I haven't gotten around to it as I purchased a new bike, but I still have my old one. I'd say a machine should could easily do this work for around 50 bucks and I believe that would be the best route to take. Hope this helped

@@barnescycle thank you for answering. Do you maybe have a link to the tool so i get a general idea what it looks like before i get at it with blind bearing puller and slide hammer? I might be able to make my own tool if there are no other options
